The master plan builds on the strengths and potential of the area and introduces new activities, thereby creating a unique city environment and a new destination point for the city. Chicago, known for its architectural achievements worldwide is given another opportunity to showcase its forward thinking design approach. The master plan proposes innovative architectural solutions for the mixed-use towers facing Cermak Road and I-55.
