The proposed 4 million SF masterplan consists of a 1.2 million SF corporate facility, a retail / hotel / residential development and a multi-tenant office campus. The different components of the plan are positioned in a linear fashion. The ordering principle of large building blocks, varying in height, create an urban ambiance of streets and plazas in this suburban environment. The symbioses of architecture and landscape design is an essential ingredient of the masterplan.
