Electrabel

As Phase 2 of the Spoolderwerk Masterplan, this 70 meter tall office building is designed as a counterpoint to the adjacent 90 meter tall ABN-AMRO high rise. At the lower level, an elevated bridge links the new phase with ABN-AMRO's podium building. The distinct bridge connection on the upper level floors defines this tower in mass and expression. The metal and glass exterior skin comprised of elongated faceted windows gives this tower a very unique architectural expression.
Total Development:  38,000 M2  (409,000 SF) and 450 parking spaces.
