The project is located on a triangular site in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. The location is a transition between busy Lincoln Ave. and Seminary Ave, a residential street with single family homes. The massing of the complex responds to the Urban scale of the city along Lincoln Ave. Green space, set backs in the massing, material used, and terraces create a fluid transition with the residential scale of Seminary Ave. The project totals 36 luxury apartments with a mix of two, three, and four bedroom units.
