Infill and renovation of an existing waterfront area. The design proposes a multistory retail development, hotel and theatre complex. Large atria and roof terraces are part of a pedestrian route which connects the boulevard with interior spaces. An existing aquarium and department store become part of the new fabric of this urban complex.
