Located on Chicago's famous North Michigan avenue at the corner of Wacker Drive, the proposed  mixed use development consists of a retail base and apartments above. The glass  tower, subdivided in blocks and stacked on top of each other, portray a "white" appearance. The concept of the white tower  is to complement and contrast the ornate, dark, terra cotta tower of the Carbin Carbide building across the street.
